A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking via bank transfer, credit card or paypal.
The reservation can be cancelled up to 15 days before the arrival date without penalty.
The deposit will be refunded in full minus an administration fee of 8% of the deposit amount.
Beyond these terms, i.e. 15 days, in case of cancellation the deposit can be considered valid for another period of stay if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the arrival date (3 days).
Cancellation 2 days before arrival will result in the loss of the entire deposit.
